CARIM School for Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, Department of Pharmacology, seeks exceptional Postdoctoral Research Fellows (2) and PhD students (2) with appropriate track record in these three areas:
- Molecular modelling, in silico Medicinal Chemistry, lead optimization and
- Optical in vivo whole animal 3D-imaging technology and
- Antibody/peptide technology for diagnostic and imaging applications.
Applicants (PhD or Postdoc) can choose any of the three above areas or combinations addressing all selection criteria in their application. PhD scholarships cover tuition and living expenses.
You will work on exciting projects within an ERC Advanced Investigator Grant on sources of oxidative stress as therapeutic targets in cerebrocardiovascular diseases. This is part of a personalised medicine platform on drug discovery, biomarkers and molecular imaging.
